The Better Hoes mod offers many improvements to hoes in Minecraft. It makes farming significantly faster while also keeping it from being an excessive amount of an advantage for you. Essentially you've kept to farm and harvest your vegetation but now it's just a little less tedious. The hoes will now auto-till confirmed square depending which one you are using. Wood will give you one square, stone shall make a 3x3 square, iron/gold shall make a 5x5 square, and diamonds will make a 7x7 square.

Normal chests show up as renewable and are most typical naturally. This is a great way to find hidden caves and loot underground. It may get just a little overbearing though if you utilize it in an area that happens to truly have a whole lot of chests, just like a storage service, but it isn't overly distracting.
Trapped chests are highlighted in red and are of course uncommon but still capable of be seen amongst all the common chests.
Ender chests are the rarest and outlined in blue. If anything this mod is great for finding these and the stuck chests.
If you want to bypass your world just a little quicker and don't want to work with horses, why not try something just a little different. Any Dr. Who admirers will be thrilled to trip around in a Tardis slightly. I say somewhat because although you can't teleport anywhere with it, it's definitely a distinctive way to visit. Best to hit f5 which means you can easily see where you're actually moving in it.
